Add Grok Bot usage tracking

Grok Bot has its own weekly usage allowance, separate from Grok and Cursor. It'd be great to track it with weekly percentage used, time until reset, and Home and Lock Screen widgets. It's currently only visible on Cursor's usage dashboard.

Alert when I can continue

Often times i ask Siri to set an alarm when my 5h window renews. Would be so much easier if the dashboard had a chechbox “Alert on 100 %”
